- •Key Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements.
- •Supporting IP portfolio management and freedom-to-operate research.
- •Assisting with corporate law matters and compliance projects.
- •Conducting legal research on defense procurement, corporate, IP, and trade regulations.
- •Requirements Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in law (M1 or M2).
- •Genuine interest in technology, defense, deeptech, or international security.
- •Internship duration of 3 to 6 months.
- •Preference for candidates from top-tier institutions.
