- •This role will provide comprehensive legal guidance to a rapidly growing team.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- •Advise leadership on contractual obligations, risk, and corporate matters.
- •Support U.S. government contracting matters, including FAR/DFARS requirements.
- •Provide guidance on ITAR, EAR, export controls, and technology transfer.
- •Requirements J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active U.S. state bar membership. 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- •Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- •Strong business judgment and ability to provide practical legal advice.
