TL;DR
Manage clinical staff and ensure adherence to care management standards.
- •NeueHealth is seeking a Manager, Care Management to oversee clinical staff and ensure alignment with the NeueHealth Model of Care.
- •This role involves direct supervision of care management staff and monitoring of clinical program activities.
- •Key Responsibilities Directly manage and supervise assigned Care Management staff.
- •Monitor consistent application of CM standards of care and documentation adequacy.
- •Ensure clinical teams are aligned with the NeueHealth Model of Care.
- •Monitor performance and outcome data, and support performance improvement plans.
- •Support onboarding training and continued education for clinical staff.
- •Requirements Active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- •Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity.
- •Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical management (Case Management, Utilization Management).
- •Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Business, or other related Healthcare field preferred.
- •Certified Case Management preferred.
