- •Carta is seeking a Junior Inbound Compliance Analyst to join their Inbound Compliance team.
- •This role is on the front line of Carta's compliance function, managing the intake and resolution of KYC requests for asset managers and private equity firms.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the intake, processing, and timely resolution of inbound KYC requests.
- •Serve as the primary point of contact for KYC inquiries, guiding clients on global KYC requirements.
- •Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with AML/KYC frameworks.
- •Maintain accurate records of all KYC requests and documentation.
- •Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations globally and apply updated requirements.
- •Requirements 1 to 2+ years of compliance experience with a working understanding of global KYC and AML frameworks.
- •Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high volumes of concurrent requests against tight deadlines.
- •Confident and client-ready, comfortable with KYC conversations with senior stakeholders.
- •Proactive decision-maker who can assess situations and apply frameworks with minimal supervision.
- •Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and stay composed under tight deadlines.
