TL;DR
Onboard new car dealerships to AlphaController software, managing the process from start to finish.
- •As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Alpha Online, you will be responsible for introducing new car dealerships to the AlphaController software, guiding them from initial contact to successful live implementation.
- •This role offers a nearly 100% remote work environment within Germany.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the onboarding of new customers onto the AlphaController, from kick-off to go-live.
- •Configure the product to align with each dealership's specific processes.
- •Lead workshops and training sessions for customer teams.
- •Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and communication between clients and Alpha Online.
- •Submit requirements and bug reports as tickets in Jira to the development team.
- •Document the onboarding phase in internal systems.
- •Requirements German language proficiency at C2 level.
- •Interest in complex software products and a willingness to learn deeply.
- •Enthusiasm for direct customer contact via phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- •Structured and analytical approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- •Familiarity with web applications, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
