TL;DR
Full-stack engineer to build user-friendly interfaces for complex tax data.
- •Caribou is building a tax platform to make international tax accessible to global businesses, starting with Transfer Pricing.
- •This role focuses on making complex tax information legible and actionable for finance leaders, presenting a significant information design and engineering challenge.
- •Key Responsibilities Turn complex tax concepts into easily understandable interfaces.
- •Own features end-to-end, from frontend to backend.
- •Evolve the design system and component library.
- •Build data-dense views for entity graphs, intercompany flows, and compliance status.
- •Proactively improve customer experience and deploy fixes.
- •Requirements 3+ years building production web applications, with a focus on frontend.
- •Demonstrable UI craft and attention to detail.
- •Experience presenting complex or data-heavy information clearly.
- •Comfortable working across the full stack.
- •Strong SQL (Postgres) skills.
