About the role
TL;DR
Build and deploy Voice AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers.
- •Deepgram is seeking Forward-Deployed Engineers to embed with strategic enterprise customers, bridging the gap between their success and Deepgram's Voice AI platform.
- •You will build solutions, integrations, and tooling that run in production for large enterprises.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and ship end-to-end services, integrations, internal tooling, and agent/prompt engineering.
- •Design, develop, and maintain production-scale integrations with third-party systems like point of sale and customer data platforms.
- •Spend regular time on-site with customers, working directly with their technical and business teams.
- •Monitor, debug, and optimize solutions in challenging audio environments.
- •Collaborate with research and product teams to evolve the platform based on field learnings.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- •Hands-on experience developing and deploying backend systems in production.
- •Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and API design.
- •Proactive problem recognition and a strong sense of ownership for work impact.
