- •Requirements Passion and drive to embed scientific approaches in talent selection.
- •Strong behavioural interviewing techniques.
- •Excellent analytical problem-solving ability using SQL, statistical analysis, or Python.
- •An exceptional academic background including a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology based subject.
- •A high level of personal organisation to work remotely and be effective.
