  • Drive data-driven insights to make decision-making processes robust.
  • Requirements Passion and drive to embed scientific approaches in talent selection.
  • Strong behavioural interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving ability using SQL, statistical analysis, or Python.
  • An exceptional academic background including a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology based subject.
  • A high level of personal organisation to work remotely and be effective.
