About the role
TL;DR
Design intuitive, customer-centric experiences for LeanData’s core platform.
- •LeanData is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive, customer-centric experiences.
- •You'll shape the experience of our core platform from user flows to pixel-perfect UI.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into actionable design solutions.
- •Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate interaction and design intent.
- •Create and maintain visual assets, components, and design patterns aligned with LeanData’s brand and design system.
- •Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
- •Deliver designs that drive measurable impact on user satisfaction, adoption, and engagement.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field. 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web applications or SaaS products.
- •Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- •Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-centered design.
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
