TL;DR
Manage and lead an AI and Data Science engineering team to build advanced cybersecurity solutions.
- •Bugcrowd is seeking a hands-on Manager for their AI and Data Science team.
- •This role will lead a high-performing team focused on developing data-driven and AI-powered systems to enhance offensive security capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI, ML, and data systems.
- •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- •Direct the lifecycle of data pipelines, model training, and AI/ML applications.
- •Guide the development, tuning, deployment, and MLOps of Machine Learning models.
- •Architect and govern secure data-driven software architectures.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or Data Engineering, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- •Strong architectural understanding of LLM technologies, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, ML Ops, and secure API integration.
- •Deep expertise with Python, AWS services, and ML frameworks.
- •Proven experience leading a team to build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines.
- •Ability to design and manage secure data-driven software architectures.
