TL;DR
Manage the regional property management cluster in Cologne, integrating new acquisitions and migrating to Buena software.
- •Operate and strategically manage the regional cluster in Cologne, integrating new and existing property management companies into the Buena software.
- •Key Responsibilities Operative and organizational integration of newly acquired property management companies.
- •Systematic migration of existing and new property management companies to the Buena software.
- •Professional and disciplinary leadership of site managers and local teams, including personnel development.
- •Operational management of the entire portfolio, including liquidity planning and P&L responsibility.
- •Regular reporting of key performance indicators, financial results, and integration progress to the Berlin headquarters.
- •Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a manager or in a similar leadership position in property management, with a focus on WEG management.
- •Proven expertise in WEG and in-depth knowledge of tenancy law with a portfolio of 70% WEG and 30% tenancy management.
- •Practical experience in the digital transformation of property management companies and migration to new software solutions.
- •Residence in the Cologne region or willingness to relocate.
- •Strong commercial expertise, including P&L responsibility, combined with a clear hands-on mentality.
