About the role
TL;DR
Owns project execution, builds integrated schedules, and drives program delivery.
- •Albedo is making Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) mainstream, building the infrastructure to usher every satellite mission set into this new orbital domain.
- •As part of the first 100 employees, you will have a big impact on Albedo’s trajectory to proliferating VLEO.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the execution of projects and programs across the company, measured against Albedo's company goals and committed delivery dates.
- •Build and maintain the integrated schedule spanning engineering, production, and software.
- •Work at the build-schedule depth, not the milestone-roll-up depth.
- •Partner with team leads and systems engineering to translate technical plans into durations they will stand behind.
- •Find slips before they are announced and run the replan.
- •Requirements BS in EE, CE, Aero, or ME, or demonstrated equivalent technical fluency. 8+ years in program or engineering management for hardware programs, with at least one where they owned the detailed build or AI&T schedule.
- •Demonstrated task-level schedule ownership.
- •Multi-disciplinary integration experience.
- •Hardware production or integration and test exposure.
