Design and execute growth strategies for property management revenue.
- •Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on.
- •We're looking for a Portfolio Growth Lead to design the growth engine driving all of our property managers' core business revenue.
- •You will be hands-on across direct sales, partnerships, and online marketing channels, aiming to create a repeatable playbook and generate millions in revenue growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the growth playbook from zero, deciding on growth experiments.
- •Manage full-cycle sales, from lead generation to closing property management contracts.
- •Report directly to the VP Property Management and collaborate with C-Level executives.
- •Requirements Fluent German (C2) is essential for local operations and customer interaction.
- •Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for an in-office role.
- •Willingness to travel to PortCos across Germany.
- •Proven sales expertise, with experience bringing sales from 0 to 1, ideally repeatedly.
- •Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch as the first growth hire.
