TL;DR
Own customer onboarding and value realization for AI transformation.
- •Broccoli AI is building the AI operating system for home service businesses, replacing fragmented tools with AI agents.
- •This role focuses on getting customers live on the platform and ensuring it delivers real value.
- •Key Responsibilities Own customer rollouts from signed contract to fully live on the platform.
- •Understand customer operations and configure the platform to fit their workflow.
- •Drive platform adoption and quantify customer impact with hard numbers.
- •Manage a portfolio of customer rollouts simultaneously.
- •Partner with forward-deployed engineers on technical builds while owning customer relationships and outcomes.
- •Requirements 4-8+ years in implementation, onboarding, or deployment at a high-growth software or ops-heavy company.
- •Proven track record of getting customers live and adopted, ideally across a portfolio.
- •Comfort with data to demonstrate impact and tell a story.
- •Strong presence with both senior leaders and frontline operators.
- •AI-native mindset and intuition for how AI reshapes business operations.
