About the role
TL;DR
Lead product strategy, execution, and team for a consumer fintech company.
- •As the VP of Product at Brigit, you’ll lead the product organization responsible for addressing financial stress and scaling a substantial consumer fintech business.
- •You will report to the Co-head of Brigit and oversee product management, design, and user research for the company's entire suite of products.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and execute a bold vision for products aligned with improving the lives of the underserved.
- •Own outcomes across acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization, and customer value.
- •Translate company priorities into clear product investments, roadmaps, and resource decisions.
- •Build, recruit, and train a world-class product and design team.
- •Collaborate with engineering and marketing leadership to establish agile processes.
- •Requirements 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership and scaling consumer products. 3+ years of product leadership in an early-stage technology company. 5+ years of experience working in consumer mobile products.
- •Passion for making a social impact and improving people's lives.
- •Experience leading and nurturing a product organization, fostering a culture of empowered, autonomous product teams.
