- •SandboxAQ is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and commercial trajectory of its AI-driven materials discovery platform, ChemSim.
- •This role is pivotal in driving the success of a significant U.S. government R&D award and transforming ChemSim into a product-led growth business.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end ChemSim product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- •Hire, develop, and lead a team of PMs across key verticals.
- •Partner with the Senior Director of PM, Core Platform to define platform capabilities.
- •Own the ChemSim commercial strategy, including go-to-market, pricing, and packaging.
- •Build and manage strategic partner relationships.
- •Requirements 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years managing teams.
- •Strong domain expertise in materials science, chemistry, or chemical engineering.
- •Track record shipping AI/ML-driven scientific or engineering platform products at enterprise scale.
- •Experience building and executing B2B go-to-market strategy for technical software.
- •Comfort navigating deep ambiguity and translating problems into structured roadmaps.
