Product Manager to build AI-native agentic products for private markets.
- •Vega is seeking a Product Manager to define and build the next generation of AI-native Agentic products for the private markets industry.
- •This role involves leading engineering teams to deliver exceptional AI-first solutions and owning agentic surfaces end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and partner with engineering teams on technical concepts to deliver exceptional AI-first solutions.
- •Own an agentic surface end-to-end and decide what runs unattended and what needs a human.
- •Keep every autonomous action explainable and reversible, owning tradeoffs on reliability, latency, and cost.
- •Sit with GP and LP ops teams, find manual work, and remove it without breaking their controls.
- •Operate and deliver with urgency in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
- •Requirements 2+ years in product management, ideally in high-stakes environments.
- •Hands-on experience with prompting, context engineering, and evals.
- •Shipped LLM or agent features to real users and can articulate what broke.
- •Technical fluency to discuss retrieval and tool design with engineers, with good judgment on when AI is the wrong answer.
- •Experience working with GPs/LPs or knowledge of Fund administration, KYC/AML, or LP portals is an advantage.
