- •Manufacturing Trainers at Bright Machines are responsible for delivering structured, hands-on training to manufacturing associates, technicians, and leads in a high-tech production environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led and hands-on training to manufacturing personnel on processes, equipment operation, quality standards, and safety protocols Facilitate onboarding training for new hires, ensuring timely certification and readiness for production Evaluate trainee performance through observation, assessments, and skills verification Provide real-time coaching and reinforcement on the production floor Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and EHS requirements Requirements 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environment Previous experience delivering training or mentoring employees in a production setting preferred Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety standards Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively Comfortable facilitating small group training sessions
