TL;DR
Provide medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting.
- •Boulder Care is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners aligned with harm reduction principles.
- •In this position, you will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting.
- •Key Responsibilities Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.
- •Work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting.
- •Have an active Nurse Practitioner license in your state of residence.
- •Have at least 6 months of experience in an independent, outpatient setting where you regularly prescribed buprenorphine-based medications.
- •Work 30-40 hours/week, with various shift options.
- •Requirements Active NP license and reside in one of these states: AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY.
- •At least 6 months of experience in an independent, outpatient setting where you regularly prescribed buprenorphine-based medications.
- •Strong patient-centered practice and ability to work autonomously.
