About the role
TL;DR
Implement Bluesight's KitCheck solutions for healthcare clients, managing projects and client relationships.
- •Bluesight is seeking a passionate Implementation Specialist to ensure clients have the best possible implementation experience.
- •This role is the public face of Bluesight to customers, responsible for forming relationships with clinicians and end users.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of implementation projects, including kick-off, configuration, go-live, and training.
- •Act as the main point of contact for customers, owning all communications and check-in meetings.
- •Manage multiple implementation projects with varying priorities and deadlines.
- •Travel to customer sites to assist with hardware/software rollouts and meet with key stakeholders.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 1+ years of professional work experience. 1-2 years of project management and/or client-facing experience.
- •Ability to adapt to change, think quickly, and work independently.
- •Willingness and ability to travel within the US for up to 75%.
