About the role
TL;DR
Support the smooth movement of product from suppliers to customers.
- •As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support the smooth movement of product from suppliers to our 3PL warehouse and customers across Canada and the U.S.
- •Key Responsibilities Inbound logistics coordination: Support the coordination of inbound shipments from suppliers to our 3PL warehouse, including shipment documentation and scheduling. 3PL support: Act as a day-to-day point of contact with our 3PL partner to support receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and inventory inquiries.
- •Shipment tracking: Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively communicate updates or delays to internal teams.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
- •Logistics and supply chain experience is an asset.
- •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
