TL;DR
Recruit GTM and Ops talent for a fast-growing infrastructure company.
- •Blacksmith is building infrastructure to run CI workloads extremely fast, helping companies run GitHub Actions substantially faster and cheaper.
- •They are extending this infrastructure into a broader platform for agent sandboxes and building their own background coding agent.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle hiring for all GTM and Ops roles.
- •Build outbound sourcing from scratch for roles with a limited employer brand.
- •Partner with founders to define hiring standards and ensure a high bar for talent.
- •Manage the hiring process with urgency, balancing quality and speed.
- •Act as an expert advisor on talent market trends and opportunities.
- •Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM & Ops in fast-paced startups.
- •Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent who have been highly successful.
- •Comfort operating with urgency in a hypergrowth environment.
- •Experience hiring for teams that build highly technical products, ideally infrastructure or developer-tools.
- •Good process instinct to balance rigor with efficiency.
- •High agency and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- •Strong sourcing craft to reach top talent.
