- •Key Responsibilities Provide advanced desktop support for macOS, Google Workspace, and Windows environments, including lab settings.
- •Manage device management platforms like Kandji and Microsoft Intune, and leverage Jira Service Management for workflow optimization.
- •Implement and monitor HIPAA compliance initiatives and design/optimize IT support processes.
- •Manage IT asset lifecycle and inventory, and collaborate cross-functionally for technology rollouts.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT desktop support.
- •Proven expertise in macOS, Google Workspace, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, and Jira Service Management.
- •Solid understanding of biotech lab IT environments and HIPAA compliance.
