- •Anthropic is building and securing data center capacity at an unprecedented pace.
- •This role focuses on ensuring the quality of power and cooling equipment at the source: within OEM and integrator factories.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead quality qualification of suppliers and conduct manufacturing readiness reviews.
- •Define and enforce quality requirements, including inspection and test plans.
- •Plan, witness, and sign off factory acceptance tests (FATs) for electrical and mechanical systems.
- •Drive nonconformance resolution and corrective actions with suppliers.
- •Define and track supplier quality KPIs and contribute to the quality framework.
- •Requirements 6-10+ years of quality engineering experience in electrical or mechanical equipment manufacturing.
- •Hands-on experience with data center power or cooling equipment.
- •Proven record of planning and witnessing FATs and conducting supplier audits.
- •Deep fluency in structured problem-solving and quality tools (8D, RCA, FMEA, SPC, PPAP).
- •Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
