- •BillionToOne is seeking an EMR Integration Specialist to bridge the gap between sales representatives and healthcare providers, ensuring seamless integration of their EMR systems with BillionToOne's UNITY platform for an improved ordering process.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain expertise in BillionToOne EMR solutions and optimize implementation processes.
- •Collaborate with healthcare providers and IT teams on implementation plans, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- •Lead workflow assessment, roll-out planning, training, change management, and support.
- •Coordinate data migration, content development, interfaces, enrollment, and billing configuration.
- •Provide end-user training and act as the main point of contact for post-integration support.
- •Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing EMR systems, EHRs, or patient/provider portals.
- •Strong understanding of CLIA labs, healthcare organizations, and EMR integration processes.
- •Proven healthcare project management experience with a successful track record.
- •Ability to build effective relationships with clients and staff at all levels.
- •Tech-savvy with experience in a technical role preferred.
