- •We’re looking for an experienced and business-minded Senior HR Business Partner to join our global HR team to support our growing GTM organization across the Americas region.
- •This role is a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning People strategies with business goals and shaping an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle for team members across the Americas.
- •Act as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders.
- •Support culture engagement and organizational design.
- •Lead and support initiatives and HR programs that support growth, retention, and performance.
- •Run talent and succession planning sessions with senior leadership.
- •Requirements 8+ years of hands-on HR experience at SaaS / tech companies.
- •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- •Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) employees.
- •Strong business understanding with the ability to connect People strategy to company objectives.
- •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
