About the role
TL;DR
Manage security and GRC programs, ensuring on-time delivery and process improvements.
- •Manage and scale multiple security programs by defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and ensuring on-time delivery of security and access management solutions.
- •This role involves proactive identification and resolution of delivery impediments, risks, and issues.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and scale multiple security programs, ensuring on-time delivery.
- •Collect business and operational requirements and document specifications.
- •Proactively identify and resolve delivery impediments, risks, and issues.
- •Participate in operational security workflows, vulnerability management, IAM, and Governance programs.
- •Set up clear reporting dashboards for executive leadership.
- •Guide engineering squads on Agile/Scrum practices.
- •Support evidence collection for internal and external audits.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience managing technical security, risk, or compliance projects, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- •Bachelor's degree in a technical field, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience; relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
- •Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and project portfolio management tools.
- •Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-through skills.
- •Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
