Lead workplace operations and site launches for a growing power company.
- •Base is seeking its first Workplace Lead to professionalize and improve the Workplace function as the company scales.
- •This role will own the planning and execution of new office sites across the US while maintaining high standards for all Base locations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Workplace operations across all existing sites and plan/launch new warehouse office sites.
- •Build and manage the Workplace team as it grows.
- •Lead space planning for a fast-growing HQ and future expansions.
- •Own vendor relationships and contracts related to Workplace.
- •Partner with IT and Deployments for site build-outs and ongoing management.
- •Requirements 8+ years running workplace or operations for a fast-growing startup with a distributed footprint.
- •Experience building and leading a small team.
- •Strong project management skills and A+ planning ability.
- •Comfortable working in a low structure and low process environment.
- •Willingness to travel approximately 1 week per month.
