About the role
TL;DR
Sets up new warehouses physically and operationally, training teams for launch.
- •The Warehouse Launch Associate owns both physical site setup and operational training for new satellite warehouse launches.
- •You'll build racking, floor layout, and basic hardware, while training, onboarding, and certifying the warehouse and last-mile teams that will run the site.
- •You make sure every new site is ready

- •Key Responsibilities Set up the physical space including racking, staging areas, and floor markings.
- •Track, order, receive, and assemble launch necessities like consumables and safety gear.
- •Configure printers and scanners, and map warehouse locations in the WMS.
- •Train warehouse and last-mile teams on receiving, put-away, picking, and delivery procedures.
- •Run hands-on forklift training and certification to ensure compliance.
- •Requirements 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, facilities setup, logistics, or operational training.
- •Hands-on comfort with physical labor and extended standing/walking.
- •Strong presentation and coaching skills for leading training sessions.
- •Baseline technical literacy for configuring hardware and navigating WMS/LMS software.
- •Willing and able to travel frequently to launching sites.
