TL;DR
Run clients through onboarding while building systems, workflows, and automation.
- •This is a hands-on founding role: you will personally run clients through onboarding while building the systems, workflows, and automation that allow the function to scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the KYB process from initiation to completion Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients through onboarding Work with each new financial partner to understand their onboarding requirements Document and systematise the current manual onboarding process Partner with Sales to ensure onboarding timelines are set correctly Requirements 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in client onboarding, KYB, or operations Strong familiarity with corporate KYB including entity structures, UBOs, documentation standards across multiple jurisdictions Experience owning one-to-many onboarding processes and improving them over time Experience working with an Engineering teams on automation and tooling Strong written communication skills
