About the role
TL;DR
Manage investor property portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and excellent service.
- •The Property Manager will provide excellent service to investors by managing their portfolios, ensuring optimal performance, and resolving complex challenges.
- •Adaptability, attention to detail, and impeccable communication are key.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio in accordance with investors’ changing goals and objectives.
- •Provide excellent customer service at all times to our investors.
- •Resolve complex problems as they arise and permanently resolve the underlying issues.
- •Systematically assess, organize, schedule and execute tasks by leveraging proprietary technology and our centralized teams of excellence.
- •Assist investors with the purchase/sale of income properties.
- •Requirements Must have an active South Carolina Real Estate License.
- •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years experience in residential or commercial property management, or real estate operations.
- •Tech savvy and experienced in working in a multitude of property management softwares.
- •Extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
