- •Celonis is seeking a Senior Management & Technology Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- •This role involves end-to-end customer value journey management, from landing to renewal.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate customer priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases and build business cases/demos.
- •Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects, presenting findings to C-level executives.
- •Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives.
- •Develop strategic expansion roadmaps for customers and provide feedback to product development.
- •Requirements Experience in an analytical, customer-facing role demonstrating value through business data analysis and process improvement.
- •Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP) and experience with RPA, BI tools, or dashboards.
- •Proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
- •Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and driving adoption.
- •Native-level German proficiency is required for customer interactions and presentations.
