- •Drive high-impact execution end-to-end, from scoping to delivery in a fast-moving environment.
- •Support operational initiatives across multiple parts of the business.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical research, health technology, or a top-tier biopharma company.
- •Strong understanding of healthcare data, systems, clinical workflows, or medical research.
- •High agency, drive, and a strong work ethic; thrive in ambiguity and execute with minimal direction.
- •Passion for healthcare, AI, and entrepreneurship.
- •Strong leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
