Partner with senior leadership to build the next generation of Engineering, Data, and Product teams.
- •To achieve our ambition of building the most trusted and high-performing freelance marketplace, we are looking for a Tech & Product Recruiter to partner with our CTO, CPO, and senior leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Strategic Hiring Partnership: Work with VP and C-level stakeholders to translate business ambition into hiring priorities.
- •High-Stakes Search Leadership: Lead complex searches and build long-term pipelines in competitive markets.
- •Talent Bar Raising: Drive structured evaluation and calibration to help hiring managers make confident decisions.
- •Requirements Experience: 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Tech & Product environments.
- •Seniority: Experienced in leading senior and high-stakes searches, with the ability to partner comfortably with C-level leadership.
- •Mindset: Business-minded and analytical, understanding that hiring is a primary growth lever.
