- •As a Senior Growth Engineer, you'll drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth by optimizing experiences and leveraging data.
- •You'll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workflows and contribute to technical growth initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and scale growth experiments across the funnel Build and optimize user experiences that drive self-serve adoption Leverage data and analytics to measure user behavior and identify growth opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams Automate and enhance workflows for customer acquisition and sales enablement Contribute to technical growth initiatives, such as in-app experiments and onboarding flows Own and improve growth infrastructure, including experimentation platforms and data pipelines Requirements Enthusiasm and experience with an experimentation-driven approach to problem-solving 4+ years of experience writing production software and building web applications Exposure and experience using AI coding agents / tools Excitement about building for customers, learning their needs, iterating fast, and solving their core problems Excellent and proactive communication, both verbal and written
