Senior Supply Planning Specialist to optimize Oura's supply chain and ensure timely fulfillment.
- •As a Senior Supply Planning Specialist, you will help shape and optimize Oura's supply chain.
- •You will work closely with logistics and commercial teams to ensure delivery commitments are met, financial targets are hit, and customer experience is optimized.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee global supply execution across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
- •Develop and execute channel allocation plans and proactively mitigate risks.
- •Manage inventory allocation across 3PLs and monitor production execution against plan.
- •Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and enhancing execution tools, systems, and processes.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply or Inventory Planning, Logistics or a related field.
- •Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience.
- •Familiar with using AI tools.
