- •We're hiring a Business Operations Manager to work directly with our leadership team.
- •This is a generalist operator role: you'll work across whatever the company needs most, with a meaningful focus on new vertical expansion.
- •Key Responsibilities Define ICP and entry strategy for new verticals, identify the right operators, the right use cases, and the right wedge Structure and run design partner pilots from kickoff to first contracted ARR Lead discovery and implementation calls, engage executive stakeholders and PE-backed operators directly Translate field insights into structured product briefs and work closely with Engineering to scope and prioritize Build repeatable GTM playbooks as verticals graduate from pilot to scale Requirements 3-6 years in consulting, investing, or high-growth startups, ideally with some time in an operating role Demonstrated ability to own a complex, cross-functional initiative from start to finish Strong analytical foundation: comfortable building models, sizing markets, and pressure-testing assumptions Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where the problem isn't handed to you Strong written and verbal communication with both operators in the field and executives in the boardroom
