Manage core people operations, benefits, HRIS, and PEO relationships for a mission-driven startup.
- •Atticus is seeking a People Operations leader to join their mission-driven team.
- •This role will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience by owning core people operations processes and systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Own core people operations areas: onboarding, offboarding, policy/leave administration, benefits, payroll, and compliance.
- •Manage benefits end-to-end, including employee support, leave management, open enrollment, and vendor relationships.
- •Design and execute HRIS operations, including system management and potential migration.
- •Manage the PEO relationship, ensuring smooth payroll and compliance across all states.
- •Generate people reporting and data to inform decision-making.
- •Requirements 5+ years in People Operations or HR Operations, ideally at a Series B-D startup.
- •Experience with HRIS systems and PEOs; migration experience is a plus.
- •Solid grasp of multi-state employment compliance.
- •Builder's mindset with a focus on improving messy processes.
- •Low ego, high ownership mentality.
