HR Generalist to support HR operations, employee relations, and manager enablement.
- •Atoms is looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to serve as the administrative and operational backbone for our Kitchens, Picnic, and general HR teams.
- •This role is designed for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who is eager to grow their skills in employee relations, manager enablement, and data-driven HR strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for daily hourly employee escalations, resolving issues professionally.
- •Manage the daily HR ticketing queue, ensuring all SLAs are met.
- •Partner with the Director of HR to solve complex issues, build manager resources, and draft Performance Recovery Plans (PRPs).
- •Optimize HR reporting processes and utilize data to identify trends in turnover and performance.
- •Requirements 2–4 years of HR experience.
- •Strong administrative and reporting skills.
- •Ability to manage complex employee relations and professional conflict resolution.
- •Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems, and payroll software.
