- •You will build high-quality candidate pipelines and deliver an exceptional hiring process.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market, Operations, and Business roles.
- •Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement.
- •Deliver an exceptional and efficient hiring process for candidates and hiring teams.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and refine candidate profiles.
- •Leverage recruiting technology and AI to improve workflows and efficiency.
- •Requirements 1-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring for GTM, Operations, or business functions.
- •Track record of building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing and relationship building.
- •Experience partnering with hiring managers to successfully fill roles.
- •Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- •A builder mentality and growth mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments.
