- •AssetWatch is seeking an AR & Collections Manager to own the end-to-end accounts receivable and collections function.
- •This role is responsible for building a high-performing collections team and implementing scalable processes in a high-volume SaaS billing environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and manage the complete AR collections lifecycle, including invoice delivery, payment collection, dispute resolution, and escalation.
- •Design, implement, and refine collections cadence, including automated dunning sequences and manual outreach protocols.
- •Monitor individual and team collection goals, including DSO targets and aging reduction milestones.
- •Lead the strategic initiative to migrate customers from check payments to ACH/EFT.
- •Requirements 7+ years of progressive AR and collections experience, with at least 3 years managing a team.
- •Demonstrated track record of driving DSO reduction and improving collection rates in a SaaS business.
- •Deep hands-on experience across the full AR lifecycle: customer collections, dispute resolution, cash application, and credit management.
- •Proficiency with NetSuite AR module required.
