TL;DR
Lead global accounting operations, including close, consolidation, and financial reporting, while driving automation.
- •Legora is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead and scale global accounting operations.
- •This role will oversee Corporate Accounting, AR, AP, and Payroll, building a best-in-class accounting function.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead global accounting operations including monthly close, consolidation, and financial reporting.
- •Strengthen internal control environment and SOX readiness.
- •Drive process and AI automation initiatives for scalability and efficiency.
- •Manage and develop the operational accounting leadership team.
- •Requirements 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and high-growth company experience.
- •CPA, ACA, or equivalent qualification.
- •Hands-on experience with multi-entity close, consolidation, and intercompany accounting.
- •Strong systems orientation with ERP implementation/migration experience a plus.
