TL;DR
Lead technical deployments and customer onboarding for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- •Assembled is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead the technical deployment process and manage customer relationships during onboarding for mid-market and enterprise clients.
- •This role will shape deployment processes, drive revenue conversion, retention, and satisfaction, and contribute to product and operational improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Build customer relationships and guide technical deployment projects.
- •Explore and document product functionality across the web application and API.
- •Develop and refine deployment best practices.
- •Improve internal efficiencies and customer experience during deployment.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product & Engineering.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service.
- •Experience working with APIs and integrations.
- •Ability to partner with customers to drive outcomes and build strong relationships.
- •Curiosity and technical aptitude, with a willingness to learn new technical skills.
- •Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail.
- •Grit, determination, and a track record for getting things done.
