Join Ashby's legal team to focus on sales contracting and procurement.
- •Join Ashby as a founding member of the commercial arm of our legal team, focusing on sales contracting and procurement.
- •Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate customer NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and DPAs.
- •Develop best-in-class sales enablement, internal guidance, and external collateral.
- •Build efficient processes and smart workflows for commercial contracting.
- •Manage procurement and vendor requests, ensuring quick turnaround.
- •Partner with security, IT, and product teams to build scalable solutions.
- •Requirements Demonstrable commercial contracting experience with a focus on sales and procurement.
- •Experience in a lean, scaling legal team.
- •Strong judgment, business acumen, and ownership skills.
- •Excellent responsiveness, clarity, and pragmatism.
- •Ability to advocate firmly and thoughtfully with customers and internal stakeholders.
