  • The People Team at Asana focuses on recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds to help teams collaborate seamlessly and effectively.
  • This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of Asana's annual merit and focal review cycle.
  • Own job matching and market pricing across functions using Radford, Pave, and Compa.
  • Conduct pay equity analyses and support leadership reporting.
  • Serve as a day-to-day compensation advisor to People Partners and Recruiters.
  • Support planning and administration of broad-based equity grants.
  • Requirements 6-8 years of progressive global compensation experience.
  • Proven ability to own and run complex compensation cycles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in spreadsheet tools.
  • Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, Pave, or survey benchmarking tools.
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
