- •Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- •Ensure customer waiting times are minimized and queries are resolved quickly with first-time resolution.
- •Use active listening and questioning skills to assess and resolve customer issues.
- •Escalate complex issues appropriately and keep all parties informed.
- •Maintain accurate customer communication records and data.
- •Requirements 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
- •Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing).
- •Passion for delivering unparalleled service and going the extra mile.
- •Typing speed of 30+ WPM with high accuracy.
- •Proficient with IT packages (especially G-Suite) and digital services.
