- •Anthropic is seeking a Regional Manager for EMEA to oversee data center capacity delivery.

- •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Senior Delivery Managers and third-party partners.
- •Own the delivery of data center projects across a regional portfolio, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety outcomes.
- •Build and maintain executive-level relationships with developer and GC partners.
- •Set and enforce delivery standards across all projects in the region.
- •Identify and resolve blockers across project layers.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience delivering data center or mission-critical construction.
- •Proven experience leading multi-project portfolios and building teams.
- •Expertise in end-to-end development processes (entitlements, design, construction, commissioning, handover).
- •Strong executive-level relationship management skills with developers and GCs.
- •Comfort leading through presence and owning outcomes in ambiguous environments.
