- •This role serves as a trusted advisor to AMER Sales Leadership, driving strategic initiatives and owning a portfolio of programs end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to AMER Sales Leadership, providing data-backed insights and shaping strategic initiatives.
- •Own GTM programs end-to-end, translating priorities into structured programs with clear objectives and milestones.
- •Define measurement plans, instrument programs into the GTM operating cadence, and build dashboards for visibility.
- •Package successful plays into repeatable motions for sellers and gather structured feedback for continuous improvement.
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to build and land programs consistently across the field.
- •Requirements Experience designing and running sales or GTM programs end-to-end with measured results.
- •Strong analytical capabilities with fluency in CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and BI dashboards.
- •Structured program management skills, including planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.
- •Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion without formal authority.
- •Clear communication skills for both sellers and senior leadership, simplifying complex material for action.
- •Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and building processes where none exist.
- •Excitement about Anthropic's mission to develop safe and beneficial AI.
