TL;DR
Lead PR and Analyst Relations programs to shape Andela's market perception globally.
- •Andela is seeking a Director, External Relations to lead its Public Relations (PR) and Analyst Relations (AR) programs.
- •This strategic role will shape how the world understands Andela's mission, products, and market position by influencing journalists, industry analysts, and the technology ecosystem.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global PR strategy, including executive thought leadership and brand storytelling.
- •Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets.
- •Design and lead the analyst relations program, building relationships with key industry analysts.
- •Manage Andela's positioning in major analyst vendor evaluations and reports.
- •Directly manage one External Relations team member and manage PR/AR agencies.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, and AR, with 3-5 years at a senior manager level.
- •Demonstrated success running both PR and AR programs, ideally in B2B technology.
- •Proven experience managing external agencies and direct reports.
- •Deep existing relationships with relevant technology media and/or industry analyst communities.
- •Experience managing participation in major analyst reports (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrants).
