- •Anchorage Digital is seeking an experienced commercial attorney to join their legal team.
- •This role will focus on negotiating critical vendor and financial agreements, and contributing to the development of new business lines.
- •Key Responsibilities Own vendor contracts and third-party risk management from a legal perspective.
- •Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial, custody, and brokerage/trading contracts.
- •Develop guidelines and playbooks for contract management.
- •Build relationships with cross-functional teams to resolve legal issues and structure agreements.
- •Requirements J.D. degree with a focus on financial services or corporate law. 4+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial and vendor contracts.
- •Experience negotiating brokerage or other trading-related agreements is a plus.
- •Enthusiasm for crypto and a foundational understanding of the crypto industry.
